Dear doctors, I have just noticed that the tip of my penis has some black and blue patches around the opening areas. Below the penis tip I have also noticed that it is swollen but just in the upper part. I am in a monogamous relationship with my wife and we have never had this issue before. My penis doesn t smell nor hurt but only today we have noticed this bruise looking area near the opening of the tip of my penis. I have recently been taking some Vitamin B complex supplements as well as magnesium and vitamin E. Please let me know your thoughts about this. I am 42 years old and Caucasian.
