Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, it's not clear , which test you have under gone.
I assume you're meaning a cystoscopy test, where an endoscopy is done to look inside your bladder directly through the urinary tube.
As it's done with sedation, you may not have made out an antibiotic injection given. As it's done under local anesthesia, you may feel some pain.
Following the test, usually antibiotic is given only if, there's an infection.
Don't worry. Your symptoms will reduce very soon.
