What Causes Blackouts Without Any Other Symptoms?
i am very healthy height weight and diet(i am a vegitarian) for an active 12 year old but i sometimes blackout, (i drink 3-7 glasses of water a day) and my sister also had a problem with blackouts, but neither of us have heart problems. what could this be?

When do you get blackouts, in condition like getting up from sleeping or sitting position, if yes then it's occurs in some individuals due to sudden drop in blood pressure called as Postural hypotension. In such case, needs a behavioural change.
If not, then you ll need to undergo some investigation like ecg, Holter monitoring, echocardiography. There can be some familial cardiac causes.
