What Causes Blacking And Fainting After Cardio Exercise?
I was at the gym 2 days ago and I was going to end the night off with some cardio on the treadmill. But I felt this tightening in my chest so I decided to leave. I stopped and talked to a friend before heading out the door and then i started to feel like i was going to throw up. I started blacking out and fainted.
