What Causes Black Stools With Severe Stomach Pain?

Hi i am a 28 year old male. A few months ago i had severe stomach pains and couldnt eat for two weeks i also had black stools, i went to hospital and had a gatro xray and abdominal too. They told me everything was fine. Now recently the last few weeks i find blood on the toilet paper and everyday i have stomach pains when i pass stool also it feels like im going to have diorreah but i wipe and theres blood stools are light brown. I havent had the best diet recently but now eating alot of fruit please advice the blood is bright red it started as specks it is now slightly more than that ... please advice __ many thanks

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The black stool usually indicate bleeding into the gastrointestinal tract, the commonest cause can be gastric or duodenal ulcer.
Hence the first thing to do is always insist for an upper GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy and tests of blood for any bleeding disorders, any medications that can cause bleeding disorders and also to stop iron as medications or stop foods rich in iron.
The bleeding per-rectum as you have explained can be due to many a factors like fissure in ano or piles or polyp.
Per-rectal examination, ano-proctoscopy can help to get a proper diagnosis.
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist and investigations can get you the best possible diagnosis and a plan for proper management.
