What Causes Black Stool And Dry Mouth While Having Diabetes And Piles?

I AM DIABATIC PERSON ,IHAVE ALSO PILES , I AM FEELING THAT MY LIPS & MOUTH VERY DRY IN DAY & NIGTH ,IN NIGHT I DRING 5-6 GLASS WATER DUE TO THIS ,LAST THREE -FOUR DAYS I HAVE NOT GOT PROPER MOTION & IF GOT SO MANY TRUBLE BLACK STOOL & MOTION NOT CLEAR ,WHAT THIS SYMPTSION ,PL TELL ME . THANKS

Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Black colour stools are due to piles per se. Dry mouth may be due to dehydration or uncontrolled blood sugar.
My advice to you -

1. Kindly go for stool routine Micro report - it will show whether blood is present or not. Have you completed treatment of piles adequately? Because if not treated it will persistently causing black stool and dehydration.

2. Check your FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report at present and then every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control.

3. Uncontrolled diabetes will cause frequent urination and dryness of mouth. Kindly drink plenty of water orally to avoid this problem.


4.Do your hemoglobin levels also because persistent bleeding will lower down hemoglobin.
