What Causes Black Spotting And Delayed Menstruation?
Ok need help my period is like clockwork every 28 days it was supposed to start the 22 of July and all I had was very light black spotting on the 21st thru the 24th just enough to wear a panty liners so about one table spoon through the whole 3 days it s now the 19th a neg p/t but nothing no cramps or anything else to make me think my period is about to start but I have been sleeping for 12 hours a day and my chest hurts so bad please help

Go to gynaecologist for further evaluation. you need to go for pregnancy test after you miss your periods. there is no chances of pregnancy if the flow of blood during period is normal in amount and duration. if only spotting is present then also you need to go for evaluation.
