What Causes Black Spots On Right Side Of Throat Along With Recurrent Sore Throat?

I ve had a reoccurring sore throat for two years. I ve recently noticed black spots on the right side in the back of my throat. I also suffer from chronic joint pain and fatigue. I m 28 yrs old, have a healthy diet and was a light smoker until recently. Any advice? I m starting to get really worried as I ve been to several doctors and have been turned away by all without diagnosis. One Dr suspected psoriatic arthritis. Yoga seems to help with the joints but all other symptoms are still present. I have a hard time sleeping, at night the skin on my legs gets very itchy???

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
I can not comment anything on psoriatic arthritis, but I would like you suggest you to take anti allergics like montelukast with cetrizine for 10 days along with Disprin gargles. You should feel better. Avoid dusty environment. avoid junk food.
If any test that you have taken, positive for psoriatic arthritis, we can have treatment accordingly
