What Causes Black Spots And Scar With Acne?

My doctor prescribed azifast 500 for 3 days in week (continue in twice in a month). But I have no result, black spots and scars are still coming, white lessions also coming out from the pimples, please help, Age is 28, I was using some steroids before 6 months becaue of face palsy. After this my face got acne problem, earlier it was clear and smooth

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and its scars on face which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should start with treatment of pimples first and then black spots and scars.You are already taking medicine but not get benefited.Apply kojivit cream on daily basis. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. You an go for laser therapy, microabrasion, chemical peeling and dermabrasion only after doctors prescription. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.Drink plenty of water.
