Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have no family history of cancer. However after about 2 weeks after noticing a black dot on my toe which has gotten progressively darker while staying the same diameter as a pea. As well as visiting a doctor who stuck a needle in to see if it was a blood blister (it did not bleed) refered me to a podiatrist which I am seeing thursday. I play rugby every day and am in the sun usually from 6 pm - 9 pm. I have feeling in the big toe on my left foot that the spot is on. It is not raised with no moles in the area prior. I have done some researching and I wanted to get another opinion prior to meeting with the podiatrist. I m not sure how to send pictures of the progression but if you could tell me how to do that it would be well appreciated.
