What Causes Black Dots Behind Knees?

hi, I am a female 42years. I am worried of 2 small round black dots behind my knee which appears from nowhere. Others said it can be diabetic? and other said it can be a scar that I scratched before and did not notice. Can please advice what are the black dots?
