I have adenomyosis and fibroid cysts. 11 days after my last period, I started spotting black blood, then light flow of black blood, with abdominal pain & back pain. Is this due to the Adenomyosis? could it be a cyst bleeding out? Why is there bleeding and why is it black? Also, I am 46 yrs old and have symptoms of menopause. My periods consist of 5days of feeling like I'm in labor pain, with hot flashes, iratibility, breast pain, sleeplessness and abdominal pain, then bleed for three or so days, the bleeding period is getting less. I have had two cesarians, last 25 yrs ago, with a tubal ligation, and my uturis is tilted. Could the tilt of the uturis cause pain during sex?
