What Causes Black Colored Stool?

Hello! My stool has been black for the last 3 days. I know that could be caused by bleeding or iron. I ve been taking iron daily for over a year and that s not the cause. I have no symptoms...ie; pain. The only new thing is that I started taking Vit. B Complex a week ago.
