What Causes Black And Blue Marks On Both Thighs?

have black and blue marks on both thighs w/o any injury. completed breast cancer treatment. chemo ended nov 2010 and radiation 2/8. could there be any correlation at this time? didnt realize this service had a cost associated to the question. thx anyways..
