What Causes Bicep Pain Intermittently With Arm Tingling And Parageusia?

Hello, I have sharp shooting pain in my left bicep (that comes and goes based on what I m doing at the time. I.e. Putting on socks) that shoots a tingling feeling down my arm towards my fingers and just recently have noticed that when I eat, there is a metallic taste as soon as the food touches my tongue. Do you have any ideas what could be going on with me?

I have studied your case and I can assure you that these two things are not due to same cause. Biceps pain with radiating pain in whole hand can be due to cervical spondylitis. To know more about this I would recommend you to get a cervical spine x ray. If there is nerve compression than it can cause such symptoms. I would recommend you to follow these advice.
1. Avoid any heavy workout. Avoid keeping neck in same position for long time. Also do not use very high pillow.
2. Intermittent cervical traction exercises will help you.
3. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal is also helpful in such symptoms.
these steps will help you in Biceps pain and tingling .
For metallic test in mouth it can be due to some medicines which you are taking. If you are not taking any drug than I would recommend you to show it to ENT specialist. I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
