What Causes Bent Bone In Leg And Painful Knee While Having Bone Bruise On Leg?

In 1992 I fell down a flight of stairs and the doctors told me I had a bone bruise to the leg bone about 4 - 5 inches above the ankle. I am now feeling a sensation that something is happening to the bone in this area. It feels like the bone is bowing and my left knee is in a very painful state. Could a cancer grow from an injuryof this type?

I really appreciate your concern, pain that you have may not be due to the history of fall, but it could be due to some muscular condition and it may be spasm and this can be relieved with any NSAID and it may not be malignancy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
