What Causes Belching?

Hi, I have been experiencing excessive belching & frequent grainy stools the past 1 1/2 to 2 months..I am terrified of what this may suggest. I also have a great deal of "grumbling" in & at times "burning" in my stomach. Do You have any idea as to what this may be?

* This seems due to various reasons as
- intestine infection - gastritis , duodenitis with or without ulcer .
- inflammatory bowel disease - GERD - Hiatus hernia - pancreatic
conditions - biliary disorders - Liver disorders - certain enzyme
deficiencies - others .

* Require series of laboratory tests , ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis
upper GI endoscopy .
