What Causes Bad Smelling,watery Stools With Gas?
My two year daughter has had runny watery poop a real light color for couple days now I believe the smell is bad stinks real bad she explodes out of her diaper. She says here tummy full all day really hasnt been eatting much and it does feel tight and hard she is very gasey too. What can it be?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to advise you that just do nothing this would come around soon without the medicine and no need to worry about this just watch for the hydration and take care in diet cut down the fat containing diet, try to give the more light diet, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
