General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial vaginosis or due to STD. So better to have a pelvic examination by gyanecologist and swab test to rule out this. In case of positive signs of pelvic inflammatory disease ultrasound examination also will be needed. Antibiotic therapy will be needed in case of positive infection. Washing vagina with intimate wash daily is also good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
