What Causes Bad Odour During Urination?
Got a question. Went to the doctor recently and got checked out for STDs, urine, and blood were checked. All test came back negative but I have a foul smell when I urinate. Mostly smell it after the first initial pee. I have been drinking mostly water and cranberry juice. I have vitamins that help with UTI that I take and I am currently on iron pills but I ve had this smell for almost a month. I have no idea what to do and really would like the smell to go away. What can I do? My leukocytes and nitrites are normal.

Urinary tract infection is a possibility.go for a Urine culture and sensitivity and start antibiotics accordingly. As of now you can take cranberry juice which act as a good urinary antiseptic.
