My son has had what I thought was a stomach bug. He vomited a bunch of times in a row two days ago, then had diarrhea once yesterday but ate fine last night. He hasn t had a fever and has had a lot of energy. Today he threw up repeatedly after lunch for about 10 minutes, then had diarrhea a few times. He also kept burping and the burps smelled like poop. This evening he threw up in his sleep and it also smelled like poop. I m planning to call the doctor tomorrow but a little worried he needs to be seen sooner. Any idea what this could be?
