Thank you for writing to us.

Do you have any fever or abdominal pain?
Did you have any ultrasound of your uterus or examination by your doctor to see if any products of conception were retained (sometimes during a miscarriage, all of the tissue and embryo may not be expelled and this can stay in and cause prolonged vaginal bleeding and infection which needs immediate treatment)
However based on the information you have provided, it seems to be a vaginal infection. I would suggest you see your doctor for an examination.
I would happy to help if you need any clarification . wish you good health
