What Causes Bad Odor From The Vagina?

Hi,my vaginal gives out rotten egg smell.It smells even through my cloth,once I open wide or bend towards my hip.please what does this mean?I am trying to conceive and the smell is not conducive for sex with my partner.could it be pile?Please help me.Thank you

I understand your concern.

Bad odour from vagina is due to pelvic inflammatory disease called bacterial vaginosis.
It is a sexually transmitted disease.

If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Vaginal swab microscopy and culture for detection of causative oraganism.
-Antibiotic course of trimethoprim/sulfamethaxozole twice a day or cipro for 7-10 days.
-Maintain genital hygiene by soap and water.Wear loose cotton underwear.Wash genitals after sex.
-Simultaneous treatment of sexual partner if he has any such symptom.
-Avoid sexual intercourse while on treatment and 1 week after that.
-Review of symptoms after 7 days.
-Healthy balanced diet includes lots of fruits and vegetables and maintain adequate hydration by intake of fluids.Keep body weight within control.
