What Causes Bad Cramps In My Lower Stomach?
I start getting bad cramps in my lower stomach, the followed by excessive sweating. This has happened once last night after doing a lot of manual work (in air conditioning) Then again today about 15 to 30 minutes after I ate a meal. It seems to go away after about 30 minutes

Sometimes when you are exposed to air conditioning you feel painful cramps in your stomach because of the spasms of the muscles. You should wear warm clothes and avoiding the air conditioner.
