There are many causes of back pain, so in order to make an accurate diagnosis it's critical that you see a physician skilled in working with teens. Stress can express as back pain, but so can scoliosis, bad posturing, flat feet, and a host of other serious and non-serious conditions. Because there are so many causes of back pain, seeing your doctor is the best place to start.
