What Causes Back Pain?

Hi, this back pain thing started after my son s birthday party. I thought it was just muscle pain, however, I noticed that it was just on the lower left part of my back almost near my side. The right part does not hurt at all. what would be the possible cause of this pain?

Hello,

Lower back pain on one side can be muscular or due to compression of spinal nerves emanating from the spinal cord. I suggest you to consult your orthopedist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
