What Causes Back Pain With Swelling?

I have had a weird pain in my left side of my back almost right under my bra strap. Its not too bad. Kinda like a burning every now and then she wasn't when I sit back I can feel its a little swollen compared to my right side but I can't see any swelling. Then this morning my lower back had sharp pains when I woke up

I think that you suffer from spinal arthritis. This is the reason why you had sharp pains and swelling in back.

However you should confirm the diagnosis.
To do that you need:
1. Spinal X-ray.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Fibrinogen test.
