Hello I am 25 years old,female. About a week after my period i started having lower back pain with frequent urination, now im having dull headaches on the right side with a feeling of dizziness and naseaua. i havent thrown up but i feel that way. no fever. and it feels like my body gets hot. what can be the cause of this Dr. Thank you
