What Causes Back Pain, Sweating And Chills?

Severe back pain, sweats, chills, and pain in both legs, came on very fast, thought I'd injured my back, but then the fever and chills started, I have been hospitalized for a kidney infection before. Could this be the same thing even though it came on so quickly?
