What Causes Back Pain Radiating Towards The Shoulder While Having UTI?

I have had kidney stones in the past and now I have bad back pain that radiated once to my shoulder blades. I done have pain on urination but I am having dark stains on my underwear. The pain in my back comes and goes but the nausea is getting to be almost constant. From what I have read I have most of the s/s of kidney stones. Should I go see a urologist to make sure. I have been drinking a lot of soda but due to the pain from drinking the soda I have to stop. I have been diagnosed with an irritable urinary tract systom

Without knowing anything else in your medical history, you could be suffering from gallstones, where the pain usually is located in the upper abdomen with pain radiating to the back and shoulders. An ultrasonography would diagnose gallstones.
