What Causes Back Pain Post A Shoulder Injury?

Hello

I fell over on my shoulder a couple of years ago. Since the arm/shoulder/part of back has a pain occassionally when i exercise. For example my hand can shake after lifting some weights and can start to ache at then end of a run. I think it could be something do with the nerves.

Dear friend,I think your assumption is partly right.your fall on shoulder has affected both the muscles and nerves located in this region.a muscle tear because of trauma can cause long lasting pain while lifting any weight or while moving your hand per se.also the tremor you are facing can be due to local nerve injury.an unresolved mnerve injury causes local pain or tremor at the end of a stretching movement.so,please take some rest,do physiotherapy to heal those torn muscle.also I suggest,an investigation on nerve conduction should be done to know if any nerve has been injured in those areas.thank you.
