What Causes Back Pain, Headache And Loss Of Appetite?

I am very worried about my 14yr old son. He has been extremely tired, sometimes irritable, complaining of back pain and headaches, loss of appetite. Tonight he had all these symptoms plus a nosebleed... Why is he experiencing this? What should and can I do to help him?
