General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

MRI of the brain and spine can lead to diagnosis. Other tests like anti-DNA, ANA, Ro, La, Sm, all these antibodies test can help along with CRP, and ESR for an accurate diagnosis! One therapy called craniosacral therapy is helpful in unknown cases plus breathing exercises too.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
