What Causes Back Pain Along With Stomach Upset And Fatigue?

For the past two weeks I have been experiencing back pain, upset stomach and strong waves of fatigue. The stomach pain and back pain have been off and on but intense and painful. I eat very healthy and have had no diet changes. I am not sure what to do next. Any suggestions?

Hi,

How are bowel movements? Tab pantoprazole in empty stomach can be taken for 4 days. Do little yoga postures. Do you have fever or vomiting or any other symptoms? Blood tests can be done and stool exam or X-ray abdomen. If symptoms are not relieved after medicine, eat salads and fruits or khichdi for a few days. Do breathing exercises like pranayama etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
