What Causes Back Pain Along With Stomach Ache And Watery Green Stool?

I have a low back pain that began about 2.5 months ago. I also have bad stomach attacks that are watery and green. I have IBS but this is very different than what I have always experienced. The back pain is debilitating and so are the unable to control tummy attacks
