What Causes Back Pain Along With Pain In Leg?

I have very bad back pain and down my right leg when I walk more than a hundred metres and when I move my neck fast I can have massive back spasms, its nasty Ive been on ramipril 10 mg for about 6 years and on citalopram anti depressants for about a year and since being on these my pain has intensified. My age is 42 and I m 5ft 11 and 20stones

from your history it is evident that it is neuropathic pain.citalopram is a good choice for neuropathic pain syndrome.if it does not work at all you can change to LAMOTRIGINE.
for your low back pain radiating to leg i shall also advise a mri LS spine.
consult a neurologist with the report.
