Hello,

Back pain can be due to disc problem or neuropathy from diabetes. The typical signs of Diabetes mellitus are drymouth, halitosis or bad breath and yes pulmonary infections can also cause bad breathe.

Infections often lead to weakness which is felt in limbs and on walking. You dont worry it can be corrected. For symptomatic measures:

Take plenty of liquids. orange juice it can cure dryness. For pain you can use tab Talmin D sos. However it is not clear about your blood glucose level and other parametres like age and drug history.

I suggest you visit to some physician and particularly endocrinologist to address your problem in a better way.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
