When I bend over for a minute or less my back starts to hurt where I cannot even sweep the floor without sitting in a rolling chair to sweep. When loading the dishwasher same thing I can put a couple of items in the dishwasher then have to sit in a chair to finish loading the washer. I hurt in my hip bone on left side, from my back down whole leg and now there is a knot on my calf muscle about a dime size and hard. I am 40 years old, overweight because it is hard for me to walk without getting out of breathe and health issues are getting worse. I get bronchidis 3- 4 times a year. I do not smoke or drink. I had anxiety, panic attacks and depression for four years.
