What Causes Back And Abdomen Pain, Flatulence, Rectal Bleeding, Painful Stomach Bloating?
Hi. I m a 23 year old female and today at work my lower back and abdoman started getting a bit pained. I ended up farting and ran to the restroom because it felt like maybe something else had happened and my butt was wet. When I got to the bathroom I found out I had farted out quite a bit of blood. It has been a few hours since then and I have become bloated and have started having pains in my left side and feeling woosie. I also farted blood again, and passed blood in my stool. I originally just assumed it was hemroids, but then I fainted twice. Should I be worried?

this is a serious problem, you have to get investigated to rule out cause of lower Gastrointestinal bleeding, as per your age colonic polyps are more common, you should visit surgeon as soon as possible
