Hello Doctor, I am 38 yr old, married for 20 yrs and have 2 daughters 16 and 7. I have an embarrassing problem for about 6 months now. I have a foul smell at my genitals (especially inside) despite washing with soap the smell persists. I observed that this is during my cycle starting 10 days before the cycle. I have been using tampons during my period for the last 7 years. I change my tampon 3 a day. Please suggest if this is a matter of concern and needs a medical intervention. I have not consulted any doctor for this problem.
