What Causes Asymptomatic Bilateral Malignant Neoplasm?

Patient M56, 65kg, 5 8 , from West Bengal. Detected asymptomatic bilateral malignant neoplasm with sol type, both within 3cm. No hypertention, hyper glycimia, raised creatimine, no hematuria, no loss of appetite, no lymph node in CT KUB, bilateral FNAC done and over all no symptom. Only lowest right rib musculosceletal pain having no co-relation with. Asking for immunotherapy or RF ablation or ambolisation or alternative therapy or bilateral partial nefrectomy and finally total nefrectomy with trans plant. Nefrectomy is the last choice. Pl. suggest best place for treatment in India.

Best place in government set up is AIIMS, Delhi, but waiting list here is very long. In private set up, Leelawati or Ambani hospital in Mumbai, Apollo is also a good hospital.
These cancer have in individuals with various risk factors like smoking, alcohol, obesity, genetic basis, occupational exposure to chemical etc.
