The fever, stuffed nose,head ache, Dizziness, vomiting, & difficulty in breathing... all are allergic/ viral origin ...starting with common cold, followed by secondary bacterial infection & all other symptoms occur due to it. Self care- - be protected from extreme weather/ cold, spicy or oily food, exposure to known antigens. - Drink Luke warm water/ gargles with hot saline / inhalation of steam would ease the symptoms. - Over the counter paracetamol pill taken two times a day would reduce fever & symptoms. - Diet plan & medicines for gestational diabetes should be followed strictly... as raised blood sugar delay healing. * Your treating doctor has to review the advise given at ER & approve it.
