What Causes Aspiration Of Food Or Drink While Swallowing?

my husband had a bareum swallow test which showed he is aspirating on the third swallow,he had a eng? from a gi doc that showed no problems,a ENT did a scope down to his lrynix,no problems, he has a had a chrnic cough for a month and a half also,seen by an internalist.. but none of the DR have any idea what is causing the aspiration. any suggestions??
