What Causes Arrhythmia Of Heart Along With Pain In Chest?

My heart rate is 104per min resting I ve had chest pain for a week now and some days my heart feels like its beating a million miles an hour other days its irregular fast then slow, I m starting to get concerned I know hypothyroidism runs in my family and that casn cause chest pain what should I do?I don t have a family doctor

My sincere suggestion is to go to a Physician and get evaluated further .since you say that you have palpitations and also chest pain. Get an ECG and other relevant tests done. Yes, Hyperthyroidism can lead to increased heart rate.Prevention is better than cure and an early diagnosis if any can help you prevent further complications .
