What Causes Appetite Loss And Stomach Ache In A Toddler?

I have a 3 year old daughter. She has never been a good eater- she eats shells and cheese, crackers, French fries, pop tarts (sometimes strawberries, pasta, chocolate chip cookies). For the past 6days she hasn t eaten (maybe a few bites of a couple of pop tarts), but drinks about 16 ounces of milk per day. She asks for food, but when I give it to her she says she s not hungry or doesn t want anything. Yesterday she had a tummy ache- the middle above her belly button. She has normal bowel movements everyday, except today she didn t have one. Any ideas of what this can be?

one advice....stop giving junk foods and excess of chocolates and fried foods...it's not good for you're child health....give her home cooked food....there is nothing wrong with drinking milk...give her how much ever she wants...and stomach ache may b caused due to having junk foods or due to any bacterial infection...have you de wormed you're child...then do with syp.albendazole which contains 5ml/400mg.....and if ur child has any stomach ache....give colicky aid drops 3-4 drops...it ll releave the symptoms....if problem persists...contact paediatrician..I hope this resolved you're issue's...
