What Causes Appearance Of Circular Patch On Breast Followed By Itching?

I have one circle under my left breast that is itching like crazy and at first it looks like a mosquito bite. Then my whole left nipple become unbearably itchy. Today I got into the shower and noticed on my right breast the same circle becoming in the same spot as on my leftm.....what is wrong....
