What Causes Angina Attack After Having Nurofen?

Every time I take nurofen with 6-10 hours I have an angina attack! I take the nitrolingal spray once under the tounge and within 5-10 mins I feel better. Sometimes I need 1 more spray. It could be coincidence but it s a big one then. Today I was in the pharmacy Lucky me, when an attack came on they did my blood pressure and it was 78/79 with 120 pulse I felt awful. I hope you can help.

Nurofen(Ibuprofen) can cause heart and kidney problems in
elderly.
I believe you should avoid taking Nurofen instead you can use
Paracetamol 650 mg two to three times a day .
It is much safer.
If you really need painkiller than you can take Etoricoxib 90 mg
in a day...
