What Causes Anemia, Constipation And Insomnia?

I have a multinodular goiter with normal levels. I am having a lot of health problems like anemia, constipation, chronic indigestion, fatigue, dizziness, depression, insomnia, frequent urinating, and trouble concentrating. I don t know what is wrong with me but I long for answers. I have not felt like myself since having my daughter five years ago. Could this be my thyroid?? If not, what is wrong with me??
