What Causes Anal Pumping?

I have several pumps in my anal region. I have celiac and tend to go to the bathroom often. I have used wipes after each time , but now they make it sore. I am putting cortisone there after cleaning the area each time I go. Any answers? Thank YYYY@YYYY

HI

Thanks for posting your query to HCM.

It could be either Hemorrhoids or a boil .

Most of the time Boil will be painful which is likely to be in your case. So I strongly feel that it is a boil or cystic acne.

Yes you need to consult a doctor (preferably a surgeon) as this may require oral antibiotics to get rid off because this will not go off by itself or by using some cream likr you are using cortisone.

Before that go to the doctor for anal examination for confirmed diagnosis.

So kindly consult your doctor and get it examined.

Hope this information was useful to you.

Regards.
