What Causes Anal Itching After Taking Ciprofloxacin?
I was prescribed Cipro for prostatitis. Days after I started I developed anal itching. I almost finished the Cipro but the itching has not gone away. This started about two months ago. So, I think this is a bacterial problem. I have tried Cortisone cream, Lotrimin cream, Desitin, and Prep H. The Prep H is the only thing that manages the itching but I need to eliminate it. I was think of trying Trimovate over the counter before I attempt to have a culture done to identify the bacteria. What are your thoughts? Thank you
